Unfortunately, the product purchase did not do its job of connecting permantly the basketball hoop net to the steel basketball hoop.What's frustrating before signing up for this item was that the Company did not offer a phone number that I could have called to discuss my possible purchase beforehand or to tell them after my purchase that their product didn't work.
